Change of mind
Send the ball back unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund the price. Return postage is on you. Contact us first and we’ll give you the return address.
Faulty or damaged
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the ball or refund you, and we cover the postage.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Normal wear from play, such as scuffs and cover wear, is not a fault.
